She began teaching workshops which eventually led to the publication of Million Dollar Women: The Essential Guide For Female Entrepreneurs Who Want to Go Big. Flash forward to 2018 and the summit is about to celebrate its second anniversary.

Over the last decade, women have started twice as many businesses as men, but female-owned businesses are less likely to scale than male-owned businesses. That’s where MDW comes in, working with female founders to scale their businesses.
