Bear Creek Country Kitchens is a CPG brand offering a line of savory and delicious soup, rice, pasta and macaroni and cheese dishes. Quick and easy to make, Bear Creek combines convenience with great homemade taste – just like mom used to make! Bear Creek came to Socialfly to build an overall brand awareness for their popular product across all social media channels. In addition, they aimed to garner user-generated content as well as customer engagement and feedback. Ultimately, the objective was to drive sales through a positive brand image.

With no social media presence through the first three quarters of 2014, Socialfly launched a full-scale social media strategy, focusing specifically on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. A compelling social media content calendar and fan engagement was key in the initial strategy.
In addition, Socialfly began with an aggressive initial Facebook and Twitter ad budget which was used to grow their social following from scratch. Developing a positive reputation for customer service played a role in refining Bear Creek’s positive brand image. We also ran a contest in the second month.
