3. Following the success of shopping tags on Instagram posts, it’s only natural to roll it on Stories. Given the fact that 300 million people are using Stories daily, we feel it is safe to say brands are going to start utilizing this tool as soon as it is available.

4. Instagram is developing a long-form video hub. In a move to compete with YouTube, the platform is set to make a big announcement on June 20 that many suspects is the launch of a new video hub for creators. This news may also fall in line with the platform hitting 1 billion users.
